Kia Premium Owner Benefits:
The Premium experience is defined by consumer expectations as a result of their experiences in and out of the automotive industry. We have identified numerous customer initiatives that will position our network competitively.

Kia Premium Rewards:
The Premium owner will automatically be enrolled in the Premium Rewards Program – the premium Card will have all the benefits of the Basic Rewards Cards plus:

  • Upgraded earning rate of 20 points per $1 spent on service, parts, and accessories
  • 50% off paint-less minor dent removals
  • 50% off minor windshield chip repairs

Plus all of the initiatives below:

No-charge Scheduled Maintenance:
Kia will provide the Premium customer no-charge scheduled maintenance for their Cadenza for the first 5 years or 100,000 kilometers of ownership.

What is included in the No-charge Scheduled Maintenance?
The services performed are based on mileage accumulation or elapsed time and are comprised of:

  • Service A: Oil/Filter/Multi Point Inspection (MPI)
  • Service B: Oil/Filter/MPI/Tire Rotation/Cabin Air Filter
  • Service C: Oil/Filter/MPI/Tire Rotation/Cabin and Engine Air Filters Service
  • Service D: Oil/Filter/MPI/Tire Rotation/Cabin and Engine Air Filters / Automatic Transaxle Fluid

Loaner Car Policy:
The Cadenza buyer will receive a Cadenza loaner car (if not possible then a Sorento or Optima) whenever they bring their vehicle in for maintenance or warranty work. The details of the program are still under development and are forthcoming.

Concierge Service:
Provide the ultimate in convenience and simplifying the service experience by providing the
customer with the option to have their vehicle picked up and dropped off back at their home or work for any service that is required on the vehicle.

Complimentary Car Wash:
Offer added value to these Premium customers and build a strong bond with the dealer by
providing a Complimentary Interior and Exterior Car Wash with all service work. This cost is to be absorbed by the dealership.

Premium Service Centre:
Kia’s Premium Service Centre provides a premium level of service for potential and Cadenza owners. This service gives the Cadenza customer access to questions about warranty coverage, features of your vehicle, and authorized Premium Dealer locations.
